This Employment Contract is made on [EmploymentAgreementDateUnique] between M/s [EmployerCompanyNameUnique], having its office at [EmployerAddressUnique] (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”), and Mr./Mrs. [EmployeeFullNameUnique], son/daughter of [EmployeeFatherNameUnique], CNIC No. [EmployeeCNICUnique], resident of [EmployeeAddressUnique] (hereinafter referred to as the “Employee”).

WHEREAS the Employer agrees to hire the Employee and the Employee agrees to serve under the terms and conditions of this agreement.

NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS UNDER:

1. POSITION: The Employee is appointed as [JobTitleUnique] and shall perform duties assigned by the Employer.

2. COMMENCEMENT: Employment shall start from [EmploymentStartDateUnique].

3. SALARY: The Employee shall be paid a monthly salary of PKR [MonthlySalaryUnique], payable as per company policy.

4. WORKING HOURS: The Employee shall work [WorkingHoursUnique] hours per day, [WorkingDaysUnique] days per week.

5. PROBATION: The Employee shall be on probation for a period of [ProbationPeriodUnique], after which employment may be confirmed.

6. LEAVE: The Employee shall be entitled to leave as per company policy or applicable labor laws.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY: The Employee shall not disclose any confidential information of the Employer.

9. GOVERNING LAW: This contract shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.
