That I am the deponent of this affidavit and I am fully competent to swear this affidavit.

That I hereby undertake and bind myself to repay the above loan amount, along with any applicable markup/interest, in accordance with the agreed terms and repayment schedule.

That I undertake to comply with all terms, conditions, and requirements of [LenderName] and to provide any further information or documents as required.

That I accept full responsibility for the repayment of the loan and understand that in case of default, [LenderName] shall be entitled to take legal action and recover the outstanding amount as per law.

That this affidavit is being made for the purpose of [LoanUndertakingPurpose] and is to be submitted before/with [LenderName] and wherever else required.
