This Property Sale Agreement is executed on [AgreementDateUnique] between Mr./Mrs. [SellerFullNameUnique], son/daughter of [SellerFatherNameUnique], CNIC No. [SellerCNICUnique], resident of [SellerAddressUnique] (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), and Mr./Mrs. [BuyerFullNameUnique], son/daughter of [BuyerFatherNameUnique], CNIC No. [BuyerCNICUnique], resident of [BuyerAddressUnique] (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).
WHEREAS the Seller is the lawful owner of the property situated at [PropertyAddressUnique], measuring [PropertyAreaUnique], with full ownership rights and possession.
NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS UNDER:
1. The total sale consideration of the property is PKR [TotalPriceUnique], out of which PKR [AdvancePaidUnique] has been received as advance, while the remaining PKR [RemainingBalanceUnique] shall be paid on or before [FinalPaymentDeadlineUnique].
2. The vacant possession of the property shall be handed over to the Buyer on [PossessionTransferDateUnique] after full and final payment.
3. The Seller declares that the property is free from all encumbrances, claims, disputes, liabilities, or legal defects.
4. All taxes, government dues, and utility charges up to the date of execution shall be borne by the Seller, while future liabilities shall be the responsibility of the Buyer.
5. Upon receiving full payment, the Seller shall execute all necessary transfer documents in favor of the Buyer before the relevant authority.
6. In case of default by either party, the aggrieved party shall have the right to take legal action under applicable laws of Pakistan.
7. Both parties agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement in good faith.
