Pakistan mein property kiraye par dena ya lena ab sirf aik paison ka len-den nahi raha, balkay ye aik mukammal qanooni amal (legal process) ban chuka hai. Punjab Rented Premises Act 2009 aur deegar provinces ke laws ke mutabiq, har malik-e-makan aur kiraidar ke darmyan likhit muahida hona lazmi hai.
